A FABULOUS time was had by all at the Bench Workshop on Sunday with a full room of dedicated Realigning, Releasing and Realising Yogis.

Everyone was so exhilarated and uplifted and buzzing with Shakti.

Many reported how the Bench Workshop strengthened and lengthened their back and they felt great.

And what a meal – so delicious – back for seconds and some to take home.

And a fabulous response to the Karma Yoga with everyone enthusiastically pitching in to make the day so special.

Thanks so much to all who attended and assisted.  And a special mention to the Beautiful Team Currumbin Valley who made the effort to come down from QLD to practice and share in the wonderful day of Satsang, Bhakti and Yoga.
